The Avid Artist Mix Controller extends the Artist series of Avid with a fader unit. The eight 100 mm faders of the Avid Artist Mix Controller are touch-sensitive and provides solo, mute and transport knobs as well eight small displays. The fast ethernet conncetivity of the Avid Artist Mix Controller allow dynamic and intuitive mixing of music while the the sent control infromation can be interpreted by either HUI, Eucon and Mackie Control protocols. So the Avid Artist Mix is perfect as a extension of Avid Artist Control or as a standalone fader unit.
