To honour the introduction of the Telecaster 60 years ago, Fender has proclaimed 2011 to be the year of "Telebration". For that reason, 12 limited and special models will be issued, such as the Fender Indiana Barn 52 Telecaster WWSH. The body of the Fender Indiana Barn 52 Telecaster WWSH is made of the wood of an approximately 100 year old pine, which was discovered in a barn in Indiana. The whitewash oil finish was hand-rubbed. The Fender Indiana Barn 52 Telecaster WWSH features a 52 Hot Rod maple neck with maple fingerboard, fitted with 21 medium jumbo frets. Other features of the Fender Indiana Barn 52 Telecaster WWSH include 62 Vintage pickups as well as the Vintage bridge with brass barrel saddles.
