Line 6 DT50 Head

 

The Line 6 DT50 Head is an amp head providing a tube design by Reinhold Bogner. The two pairs of 12AX7 and EL34 tubes of the Line 6 DT50 212 Combo deliver rich sound and an output of up to 50 Watts. Also the simplicity of the Line 6 DT50 Head was an important fact for its development resulting in a simple but effective 2-channel system with Drive, Bass, Mid, Treble, Presence, Reverb and Channel Volume controls for each channel. More opportunities for sound design are integrated with the Advanced HD modeling technology of the Line 6 DT50 Head and its perfect integration of Line 6 Pod HD effect pedals via L6 Link connectors, which allows to plug them in directly. Providing MIDI connectors the Line 6 DT50 Head is controllable by Line 6 Pod floor boards as well. Complicated miking of the amp's cabinet is not necessary, because the Line 6 DT50 Head can be connected to the PA or recording application using its XLR output with cabinet simulation.
