OTO Biscuit
Info
OTO Biscuit
The OTO Biscuit is an effect, which is ideal for DJs, producers and sound designers of any kind. With its bitcrushing single bits or all eight bits can be muted or reversed. Also, the OTO Biscuit generates digital distortion and aliasing, when the sample-rate is reduced, this is possible to a minimum of 250 Hz. In contrast to that the analogue filter of the OTO Biscuit provides for the desired warmth of the sound. The ratio of the 8-bit sound and the uneffected signal is freely adjustable. The effect section of the OTO Biscuit allows to choose from four effects: waveshaper, delay, pitchshifter, and stepfilter enhancing the sound of the bitcrusher or the filter. Individual settings of effects, filter and bit status can be saved to 16 presets. These can be transferred to a computer as well. The OTO Biscuit is MIDI-controllable.
