Se Electronics Gemini 5

 

The SE Electronics Gemini 5 is a unique large diaphragm condenser microphone. Actually the SE Electronics Gemini 5 offers two high-quality microphones in one device. This is possible, because the SE Electronics Gemini 5 employs a power supply with separate outputs for the tube and the FET. So the SE Electronics Gemini 5 can be recorded as a tube microphone or as  a FET-Microphon. Also both signals can used simultaneously adding an amount of tube sound to vocal and instrumental recordings.
