The Shure PGX14E wireless system for guitar and bass can be used for other instruments, too. With its PGX1 pocket transmitter the wireless Shure PGX14E instrument system is also suitable for lavier and headset microphones. It consists of

 

 

 

The Shure PGX14E wireless system for guitar, bass, and other instruments is ready at the touch of a button, due to automatic frequency selection and automatic frequency synchronisation. The Shure PGX14E wireless system uses a level depending compression ratio and thus eliminates artefacts (Audio Reference Companding). The result is a precise sound with minimised self-noise and a wide dynamic range. The Shure PGX14E features two seven segment LEDs for optical contol of the channels and two additional LEDs for audio level and HF reception. The PGX1 pocket transmitter has a multi-colour LED status indicator for on/off, lock, mute and low battery. Two common AA batteries included in delivery allow to operate the Shure Shure PGX14E instrument system for up to eight hours with a operating range of up to 100 m.
