Tascam GB-10

 

The Tascam GB-10 is a light and compact trainer and recorder for both guitar and bass. The Tascam GB-10 has three main features: it may be used as an amp simulation, a compressor and a multi-effect unit. The Tascam GB-10's amp simulation features settings for gain, master volume, tone, reverb and even a setting for an adjustable cabinet size. The compressor features ratio, treshold, and level settings. The effects include chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, auto-wah and adjustable delay. You may save up to ten of your favourite settings - or you may load one of the ten included presets of the Tascam GB-10. Moreover, you can alter tempo and tone simultaneously or separately, use the flashback-feature for a quick rewind of up to 10 seconds. The Tascam GB-10's built-in metronome lets you set the time signature and tempo. In addition, the Tascam GB-10 has can also be used for cutting the recorded WAV files - thus you may split them into two or cut out undesired sounds or noises. The Tascam GB-10 uses SD/SDHC cards as storage medium, a 2 GB card is already included. Also, an USB cable is included, enabling you to connect the Tascam GB-10 to your computer and transfer audio files both ways. As playback format the Tascam GB-10 also accepts MP3 files besides the above mentioned WAV files. The Tascam GB-10 offers three different ways to be supplied with power: either via two batteries (AA), the USB input or an AC adapter.
