Info
Waldorf Lector
The Waldorf Lector is a first-grade vocoder with a lot of adjustable parameters. The Waldorf Lector is based on the same Waldorf Vocoder Engine which is featured by the Q, Micro Q and D-Coder. Therefore, the Waldorf Lector is able to separate external vocals as well as sounds from the built-in 16-step synthesizer into 100 differents bands. Thereby the main signal can be edited using up to 100 individual volume hull curves. Multimode filters with 12 dB or 24 dB allow to adjust the bandwith of the Waldorf Lector and enable endless possibilites of vocal modulation using the 3-Band Equalizer, different overdrive-types and the whitening filter. The mentioned synthesizer of the Waldorf Lector offers two oscillators, filters and hull curves, so frequency and ring modulation can be realized very easily.
