The Yamaha MOX8 is a synthesizer workstation with 88 keys, based on the Yamaha MotifXS und and hence it includes 1217 of the Motif's instruments and 355 MB of its wave shapes. Thus you might want to call the Yamaha MOX8 the mobile version of the Motif, as it creates no transport issues due to its compact size and the light weight. But the Yamaha MOX8 does not only suits the appliance on stage, but also offers perfect integration into recording environments and includes an USB audio interface, a MIDI interface as well as an extensive DAW control.
